Refunds, Returns, and Shipping Policy 

In the event of any dispute, chargeback, or complaint, please note that products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. As stated clearly in our FAQ section, to ensure product safety and avoid contamination, we do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been dispatched from our facilities. 

 

In accordance with our Terms & Conditions under “Payments and Shipping,” all confirmed orders will be shipped from Malaysia within 48 hours. Delivery timelines are subject to the respective courier services used, and may vary depending on the destination. 

 

For destinations outside the countries listed on our shipping page, delivery is estimated to take between 5 to 7 business days. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@evolcare.com for assistance. 

 

The cost of your purchase will be charged to your selected payment method either upon order confirmation or dispatch, depending on the payment provider’s terms. In certain cases, we may pre-authorize the payment amount, which could temporarily affect your credit limit as determined by your financial service provider. 

 

By placing an order, you authorize us to transmit relevant information to third parties for the purposes of payment processing, verification, and shipping. We use Stripe as our payment gateway, which supports Visa, Mastercard, and online bank transfers

 

All orders are shipped from Malaysia within 48 hours of confirmation. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or national public holidays observed in Malaysia.
